Express Delivery

Some of our items may have an "Expedited Delivery" option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items for an additional fee. You can see the delivery estimates and fees by adding an item to your cart. Availability

Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely information on stock and availability, it may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed. 

Handling and Delivery

All our goods are inspected after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.

Customs

BadBrat may cancel any order for a full refund if any of the items in an order are prohibited by your country's customs. While we try to filter only allowed items, we may on occasion have products appear on the search page that are prohibited in your country. 

Returns

At BadBrat, all our products are new and in their original packaging. However, due to manufacturer or logistics errors, defects or problems may occur and we'll do our very best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Some of our products are shipped out with an international warranty, so if the shipment was defective due to the manufacturer, kindly contact us and we'll assist you right away. If however, the defect is from our end, we'll have it exchanged for a new one.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or it did not present itself to you as advertised, BadBrat will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging, including all accessories/manuals/state of the said product.

Items such as undergarments, software, grocery, products with missing serial numbers, personal grooming products, some food products, etc cannot be refunded once opened or used.

Please be advised that we may need to request a photo or a short video showing the defect/damage on the products received, as it is a requirement from merchants for refund/replacement and quality purposes.

You can request a return (including the photo/short video) by contacting us or sending a ticket within 14 calendar days of your delivery. Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to show on your credit/debit card statement.
